Aon has announced the expansion of its Global Capability Centre (GCC) operations in Bengaluru with a new facility at The Earth Centre by Vista Spaces in Whitefield.
The expansion reinforces India’s role as a key hub within Aon’s global operations and supports the company’s ongoing efforts to enhance global delivery, innovation, and operational connectivity.
India Remains a Strategic Global Hub for Aon
According to Aon, India serves as a core hub for the organization, bringing together talent, Risk Capital and Human Capital capabilities, and scalable infrastructure to support global operations.
The company currently operates Global Capability Centres in Bengaluru, Noida, and Gurgaon, which collectively support Aon’s worldwide business functions. In addition, Aon maintains client-facing offices across 17 cities in India, including Mumbai and Delhi.
Supporting Global Delivery and Integrated Operations
Aon stated that its Global Capability Centres in India, along with selected centres in Europe and Latin America, play a critical role in enabling integrated delivery across Risk Capital and Human Capital functions.
These centres support the company’s ability to operate at scale by connecting capabilities across markets and helping deliver consistent and high-quality outcomes for clients worldwide.
The Bengaluru expansion aligns with Aon’s long-term strategy to strengthen global connectivity, improve innovation, and enhance resilience across its operations.

Located within a LEED-certified building, the facility also reflects Aon’s focus on sustainability while providing a people-centered work environment.
