ANSR and HFS Research Partner to Launch GCC Quotient Framework

ANSR and HFS Research have announced a strategic partnership to launch “GCC Quotient” (GQ), a research and strategic framework designed to define, measure, and benchmark how enterprises build and evolve Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in an AI-driven world.
Focus on AI-Driven GCC Transformation
The initiative aims to bring greater clarity, consistency, and evidence-based insights to the rapidly evolving GCC landscape as Global Capability Centers become increasingly central to enterprise transformation and innovation.
The partnership will produce joint thought leadership reports, strategic frameworks, and GCC success stories to help enterprise leaders better understand and scale their GCC operations.
Addressing GCC Industry Fragmentation
According to the companies, the GCC industry currently lacks a unified definition and consistent framework, creating ambiguity for enterprises navigating AI-led transformation.
The collaboration between ANSR and HFS Research aims to establish:
  • A unified GCC definition
  • A clear GCC evolution framework
  • An AI-era roadmap for enterprise capability centers
