Project Details
The space spans nine floors and will be occupied in two phases, with full operations expected by June 2026.
Purpose
The facility will be used to establish a new Global Capability Centre (GCC) to support Accenture’s operations.
Pune as a GCC Destination

Industry Context
GCCs accounted for 45.5% of India’s total office leasing demand in Q1 2026, while the overall office market recorded 21.5 million sq ft of leasing between January and March 2026.
Impact on Jobs and Economy
The new GCC is expected to create employment opportunities in software engineering, AI and data analytics, and cloud and digital services, while strengthening Pune’s position as a global technology hub and supporting real estate growth.
Conclusion
Accenture’s GCC investment in Pune highlights India’s growing role in global innovation hubs and reinforces Pune’s status as a key destination for GCC expansion.
