With a robust background in operations and technology, he previously held managerial positions at Standard Chartered Bank. Sharath is currently based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Greg Walsh is the Co-Founder and General Partner of Walsh Karra Holdings (WKH), an investment firm focused on supporting growth-stage companies that drive innovation, sustainability, and profitability. With a strong background and a distinguished career spanning decades in technology, customer service, and business process outsourcing, he has founded and served on the boards of six companies across various industries.

Namrata Kamrushi

She is the Vice President of People & Culture at Inspiredge IT Solutions, with over 11 years of experience in the IT sector and a master’s in Human Resources Management. She leads initiatives in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development, with a focus on diversity and inclusion. Notably, she spearheaded a GCC project, hiring 250 professionals in India while managing client relations and stakeholder coordination.
