The 7th edition of the GCC Leadership Conclave 2026 concluded on May 21 and 22, 2026, at Taj Lands End, Mumbai, bringing together GCC leaders, CXOs, enterprise decision-makers, technology leaders, workplace strategists, academic institutions, and ecosystem partners from across India’s Global Capability Center landscape.
Organized by The Leadership Federation, the conclave focused on the evolving role of India’s Global Capability Centers as strategic hubs for enterprise transformation, innovation, AI adoption, digital capability building, and global business operations.

Hyderabad to Host 8th GCC Leadership Conclave
Building on the Mumbai edition, The Leadership Federation announced that the 8th GCC Leadership Conclave will be held in Hyderabad on July 9 and 10, 2026.
The Hyderabad edition is expected to bring together GCC leaders, enterprise decision-makers, and ecosystem partners for discussions focused on enterprise transformation, innovation, leadership, and strategic GCC growth in India.
