Altimetrik Recognized in ISG Provider Lens™ 2026 GCC Services Report

Altimetrik has been named a Product Challenger in both the Design and Setup category and the Optimization and Enhancement category of the ISG Provider Lens™ 2026 Global Capability Center (GCC) Services report.
The recognition highlights Altimetrik’s approach to helping enterprises design, establish, and optimize Global Capability Centers as organizations increasingly use GCCs to drive innovation, AI adoption, and long-term business value.
GCCs Evolve Beyond Cost Arbitrage
According to the ISG report, GCCs have evolved significantly from their traditional role as cost arbitrage centers. Enterprises are increasingly building GCCs as hubs for innovation, AI-led operations, and competitive advantage.
The study identified Altimetrik’s GCC-in-a-Box model as a key differentiator, offering a modular and repeatable approach to GCC deployment instead of traditional custom-built models.
GCC-in-a-Box Model Delivers Measurable Outcomes
ISG highlighted several outcomes delivered through Altimetrik’s GCC-in-a-Box framework, including faster time-to-market for portal and IVR enhancements, significant improvements in automation and operational efficiency, substantial effort savings, and accelerated software release cycles with high regression stability.
The report noted that the model helps organizations establish and scale GCC operations while improving business outcomes and operational performance.
Leadership Perspective
Commenting on the recognition, Gautam Samanta said the acknowledgment reflects the strength of the company’s GCC-in-a-Box model and its ecosystem partnerships, including collaborations with OpenAI and Google Cloud.
He stated that Altimetrik is focused on helping organizations build AI-enabled GCCs that are designed to deliver sustained enterprise value and long-term competitive advantage.
Tailored Approach for GCC Growth
The report also recognized Altimetrik’s maturity-led go-to-market strategy, which aligns services with an organization’s stage in the GCC lifecycle.
For enterprises that do not yet have established GCCs, the company offers entry models that include co-investment and build-operate-transfer (BOT) approaches to support capability center creation and growth.
Engineering Accelerators Drive Productivity
ISG further highlighted Altimetrik’s engineering accelerators, including its MLOps fabric, observability tools, and GenAI-based software development lifecycle accelerators.
These capabilities are designed to improve engineering productivity, reduce technical debt, and support the development of scalable and standardized technology environments.
Supporting the Future of AI-Enabled GCCs
The report noted that Altimetrik’s focus on co-investment, risk-sharing, and outcome-based pricing differentiates its GCC services approach by aligning business outcomes with enterprise objectives.
As organizations increasingly view GCCs as strategic innovation hubs, the recognition underscores Altimetrik’s role in supporting enterprises as they build and scale AI-enabled global capability centers.
