Quess Corp, a leading staffing and workforce solutions provider, has announced the launch of a new business division dedicated to the fast-growing Global Capability Center (GCC) segment. The new division, titled Origint – Powered by Quess, will offer end-to-end solutions for global enterprises aiming to set up, scale, and operate capability centers in India and across international markets
As the GCC market surges toward a projected $105 billion valuation by 2030, Quess Corp is positioning Origint as a one-stop platform for global firms establishing operations in India. The platform will assist with blueprinting, regulatory compliance, real estate and infrastructure management, digital onboarding, AI-powered hiring, and managed operations
Additionally, Origint will support shared services, R&D centers, tech delivery hubs, and customer experience operations —catering to the evolving needs of global businesses transforming their GCCs into strategic innovation engines.
India remains a hotspot for GCC growth, with 1,700+ centers currently in operation and 120 new additions in 2024 alone, creating approximately 1.8 lakh jobs and contributing to 17% YoY tech workforce growth.
