Sandeep Dhar’s Extensive Industry Experience
Dhar brings over three decades of experience in the GCC ecosystem and consulting. He has been instrumental in building and scaling prominent GCCs , transforming them into innovation and growth engines. His leadership portfolio includes:
- P&L Management
- Digital Transformation
- Implementation of advanced engineering practices
- Leading GCCs across sectors such as retail and banking
Most notably, Dhar transformed Tesco and Goldman Sachs Consumer Bank GCCs into strategic centers of excellence, underlining his ability to elevate operational hubs into drivers of enterprise value
Strategic Vision for Wipro’s GCC Practice
In his new role, Dhar will oversee the entire lifecycle of Wipro’s GCC offerings—from strategy and setup to operations and exit planning. He will report directly to Sanjeev Jain, Wipro’s Chief Operating Officer.
