GCC Circle and JLL to Host Exclusive GCC Leadership Roundtable in Gurugram

GCC Circle, in partnership with JLL, is set to host The GCC Inner Circle Roundtable on July 2, 2026, in Gurugram, bringing together a select group of senior GCC leaders and business decision-makers for focused discussions on the future of Global Capability Centres.
The closed-door leadership forum will be held at JLL’s DLF Cyber Park office and will revolve around the theme, “GCCs in the Decade Ahead: From Delivery Centers to What’s Next?”
Focused Peer-to-Peer Leadership Discussions
Unlike traditional industry conferences, the roundtable has been designed as a highly curated peer-to-peer forum. The event will feature candid leadership conversations without presentations, sales pitches, or a public audience.
Participants will discuss the strategic shifts shaping the next phase of the GCC ecosystem, including leadership, innovation, operating models, talent, and artificial intelligence.
Exploring the Next Phase of GCC Evolution
The discussions will take place at a time when GCCs are increasingly evolving from delivery-focused operations into strategic enterprise hubs.
According to the organizers, India is now home to more than 2,100 GCCs, with organizations entrusting their centres with responsibilities spanning product ownership, AI-led innovation, cybersecurity, enterprise transformation, and strategic decision-making.
The roundtable will explore key questions, including:
  • What will define a strategic GCC by 2030?
  • How will AI reshape operating models and leadership structures?
  • What capabilities will future GCC leaders need to build today?
  • How can GCCs evolve from execution partners to enterprise command centres?
Leadership Perspective
Commenting on the initiative, Ravi Wadhwa, Founder of GCC Circle, powered by Talentiser, said the coming decade will be a defining period for India’s GCC ecosystem.
He noted that conversations are increasingly shifting from workforce scale to the influence GCCs have on global business decisions, innovation, AI adoption, and enterprise strategy.
According to Wadhwa, the objective of The GCC Inner Circle Roundtable is to create a trusted environment where senior leaders can exchange perspectives, challenge conventional thinking, and engage in meaningful discussions about the future of the GCC industry.
Bringing Together the GCC Ecosystem
GCC Circle has emerged as a growing community focused on the GCC ecosystem, bringing together technology leaders, site heads, functional leaders, founders, investors, and enterprise decision-makers through leadership forums, research initiatives, and ecosystem partnerships.
The organizers stated that participation in the roundtable will be limited and subject to review in order to maintain the quality and relevance of discussions.
