SKF India Appoints Madhu Dhandhania Jalan to Lead Regional Finance and GCC Operations

SKF India Industrial Limited has appointed Madhu Dhandhania Jalan as Director of its Global Capability Centre (GCC) and Finance Operations Centre for the India, Southeast Asia, and Middle East geographic region.
In her new role, Jalan will oversee the structural development and scaling of the company’s captive capability organization. Her responsibilities include strengthening regional financial governance, accelerating corporate transformation initiatives, and establishing an integrated global delivery network to support SKF’s long-term commercial growth objectives.
Bringing More Than Two Decades of Cross-Industry Experience
Jalan joins SKF with more than 25 years of executive experience spanning finance, audit, consulting, corporate banking, telecommunications, logistics, and e-commerce.
Her professional background includes leadership and operational roles at Amazon, Maersk Global Service Centres, Tata Teleservices, Tata Communications, Avaya, ICICI Bank, and Bharti Airtel.
She is a Chartered Accountant certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
Focus on Building Scalable and Future-Ready Operations
Commenting on her appointment, Jalan said that the company’s regional expansion presents an opportunity to build future-ready operational capabilities, drive centralized performance excellence, and develop a highly scalable delivery platform designed to enhance business efficiency.
According to the company, her experience in restructuring complex shared service environments and building high-performance technical teams aligns with SKF’s efforts to strengthen operational agility and standardize administrative processes across its emerging markets.

Through her leadership of the Global Capability Centre and Finance Operations Centre, Jalan is expected to play a key role in advancing SKF’s transformation initiatives and supporting the development of an integrated delivery model across the region.
