Dabur India Establishes IT and Digital Marketing GCCs to Accelerate Digital Transformation

Dabur India Ltd has announced the establishment and scaling of two strategic Global Capability Centres (GCCs) aimed at strengthening the company’s digital capabilities and supporting its future growth ambitions.
The two centres include an Information Technology Global Capability Centre (IT GCC) and a Digital Marketing Global Capability Centre, each designed to enhance specific aspects of the company’s technology and consumer engagement strategies.
IT GCC to Power Digital Backbone
According to Dabur India, the IT Global Capability Centre serves as a strategic hub supporting the company’s digital backbone.
The centre is focused on creating a resilient, scalable, and intelligence-led technology ecosystem that supports Dabur’s operations in India and international markets. It is expected to strengthen cybersecurity, enhance cloud infrastructure, enable smarter decision-making through analytics and Generative AI, and accelerate enterprise-wide modernization initiatives.
Digital Marketing GCC to Enhance Consumer Engagement
Alongside the IT GCC, Dabur has established a Digital Marketing Global Capability Centre that will function as the company’s next-generation marketing engine.
The centre will leverage advanced marketing technologies, AI-driven intelligence, and data-backed insights to deliver more personalized and meaningful consumer experiences. It is also focused on building in-house MarTech capabilities powered by AI, data, and automation.
Focus on Digital, Data, and Capability Building
Commenting on the initiative, Dabur India Global Chief Executive Officer Mohit Malhotra said the creation of the GCCs reflects the company’s focus on digital transformation, data-driven operations, and global capability building.
He noted that the centres are designed to help the organization become more agile, intelligent, and consumer-centric while enabling innovation, strengthening execution excellence, and bringing global best practices into its operations.
According to Malhotra, the GCCs will play an important role in ensuring the company remains competitive and future-ready in an evolving business environment.

Through the establishment of the IT GCC and Digital Marketing GCC, Dabur aims to strengthen its technology foundation, enhance marketing effectiveness, and accelerate innovation across the organization.
