Kraft Heinz GCC India Appoints Priya Tikhe to Lead People & Performance Function

Kraft Heinz GCC India has announced the appointment of Priya Tikhe as the leader of its People & Performance (HR) team. The appointment strengthens the organization’s leadership capabilities as it continues to enhance its talent and people ecosystem in India.
Brings Nearly Two Decades of People Leadership Experience
Tikhe is an accomplished strategic people leader with close to 20 years of experience across Global Capability Centers (GCCs), multinational corporations, and startups. Her expertise spans talent management, organizational development, leadership advisory, workforce transformation, employee engagement, HR digitalization, culture building, and capability development.
Experience in Strategic HR Consulting and Capability Development
Before joining Kraft Heinz GCC India, Tikhe worked independently as a Strategic People Leader – Growth, Culture & Capability. During this period, she focused on consulting assignments related to talent management, leadership advisory, AI HR product optimization, talent acquisition, and psychometric assessment initiatives.
She also pursued advanced learning through a Master’s degree in NLP and participation in the Post Development Program with ISABS.
Played a Key HR Leadership Role at Allstate India
Prior to her consulting engagements, Tikhe served as Site HR Leader at Allstate India. In this role, she helped shape and execute people strategies aligned with global business objectives.
Her responsibilities included leading Global HR Shared Services in India, managing HRBP and talent advisory teams, driving employee experience and culture initiatives, and overseeing HR operational excellence programs. She also led the localization and implementation of Workday while supporting talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and workplace engagement initiatives.
Contributed to Growth and Culture Building at Nuvolo
Earlier, Tikhe served as Director of People at Nuvolo, where she played a key role in building an engaged organizational culture aligned with the company’s core values.
During her tenure, she led workforce planning initiatives supporting global growth, strengthened employer branding efforts, introduced talent management frameworks, and supported strategic HR initiatives that contributed to the company’s expansion and Series C investment process.
Extensive Leadership Journey Across Zensar Technologies
Tikhe also spent several years at Zensar Technologies, where she held multiple leadership positions, including Director HR (HRBP), Head – Internal Communications and HR, Territory HR Head, and Senior Manager – Corporate Social Responsibility.
Across these roles, she contributed to HR digitalization, employee engagement, leadership development, global HR integration, business transformation, organizational restructuring, and workforce planning initiatives across international geographies.
Early Career Built Across Diverse HR Functions
Earlier in her career, Tikhe worked as Regional HR Manager at Black & Veatch, overseeing talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation benchmarking, global mobility, and employee engagement programs.
She also held HR roles at Suzlon Wind Energy Corporation (SWECO), Zensar, and Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd. (a Randstad company), gaining expertise in recruitment, talent advisory, HR operations, behavioral assessments, and organizational capability development.
Expected to Strengthen Kraft Heinz GCC India's Talent Strategy
With extensive experience in people transformation, organizational culture, HR innovation, and capability building, Tikhe is expected to play an important role in strengthening Kraft Heinz GCC India’s people strategy and talent ecosystem as the organization continues to expand its operations and global capabilities footprint.
