Zyoin Group has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Karnataka Digital Economy Mission to support the growth of Global Capability Centres (GCCs) across Karnataka.
The partnership is aimed at helping organizations establish, expand, and scale GCC operations in the state by combining talent advisory expertise with ecosystem support.
Supporting Companies Across the GCC Lifecycle
Under the agreement, Zyoin Group will provide GCC advisory services, talent intelligence, and employer branding support. KDEM will facilitate industry engagement and strategic initiatives designed to attract global companies to Karnataka.
The two organizations said they will support enterprises across various stages of the GCC lifecycle, including market entry, operational setup, expansion, and long-term capability development.
Focus on Emerging Technology Clusters
According to Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, the partnership is expected to strengthen Karnataka’s GCC ecosystem, including emerging technology clusters such as Mysuru, Mangaluru, Hubballi-Dharwad-Belagavi, and Kalaburgi.
The initiative aims to expand GCC growth opportunities beyond traditional technology hubs while supporting regional economic development.
Strengthening Karnataka’s GCC Leadership
The collaboration comes as Karnataka continues to attract multinational companies seeking to establish or expand Global Capability Centres in India.
The state remains a preferred destination for GCC investments due to its established technology ecosystem, skilled talent pool, and supportive policy environment.
Workforce Planning and Innovation Collaboration
As part of the partnership, Zyoin Group and KDEM will focus on knowledge sharing, workforce planning, and operational readiness to help global organizations address evolving business requirements.
The initiative will also explore opportunities related to startup engagement, innovation partnerships, and employment generation across the state.

Commenting on the collaboration, Anuj Agrawal said Karnataka continues to lead India’s GCC transformation journey and that the partnership with KDEM represents an important step toward strengthening the state’s position as a global digital and enterprise hub.
He added that the collaboration will support organizations across every stage of the GCC lifecycle, from market entry and scale-up to long-term capability building.
Advancing the Next Phase of GCC Growth
