Isolved has launched a new Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad as part of its India expansion strategy, with plans to strengthen engineering, artificial intelligence, and payroll operations while hiring 400 employees by 2027.
The US-based human capital management solutions provider said the new facility will support its unified People Cloud platform and expand capabilities across product engineering, AI-led services, payroll operations, tax processing, and platform delivery.
Hyderabad GCC to Support Global Operations
The newly inaugurated office spans 28,000 square feet and is expected to become Isolved’s largest office outside the United States.
According to the company, the Hyderabad centre will function as a strategic delivery and innovation hub supporting global operations and long-term platform development initiatives.
The GCC will focus on:
- Product engineering
- Artificial intelligence capabilities
- Platform delivery
- Payroll processing
- Tax operations
The company added that the centre is expected to evolve into a broader centre of excellence for engineering and AI development.
Expansion Supports Long-Term Platform Strategy
Isolved said the India expansion aligns with its long-term goal of building a “platform of action” designed to connect workforce intent with business outcomes.
The company currently serves more than 200,000 employers in the United States and supports around 9 million employees through its platforms and services.
As competition intensifies in the HR technology sector, organisations are increasingly investing in AI-driven automation, workforce analytics, integrated people management platforms, and payroll technologies.
Isolved stated that the Hyderabad GCC will support both front-end product innovation and back-office operational functions.
Leadership Highlights Hyderabad’s Talent Advantage
Speaking during the inauguration event, Pragya Gupta, Chief Operating Officer at Isolved, said the Hyderabad centre would help accelerate the company’s technology and operational capabilities.
She noted that the city provides access to specialised talent needed for product engineering as well as business-critical operational functions.
According to Gupta, the centre will help the company deliver more intelligent and human-centric solutions while strengthening payroll and tax processing operations for customers.
GCC Expansion Continues Across India
The announcement reflects the continued growth of India’s GCC ecosystem, particularly in cities such as Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Pune.
Industry analysts note that multinational firms are increasingly establishing GCCs in India not only for operational support services, but also for strategic innovation, AI development, and core product engineering functions.
Hyderabad continues to emerge as a major destination for GCC investments due to its growing technology talent base and established enterprise infrastructure.
