Adani Group has appointed Sudhir Dasamantharao as the Chief Executive Officer of Adani Enterprise GCC, marking a strategic step in the company’s efforts to expand its Global Capability Center ecosystem.
Based in Ahmedabad, the appointment comes as the organization continues to focus on enterprise transformation, operational innovation, and AI-led capability development.
Extensive Experience Across GCCs and Enterprise Transformation
Sudhir Dasamantharao brings more than two decades of experience across global operations, shared services, business transformation, and GCC strategy.
Before joining Adani Group, he served as External Senior Advisor for GCC at McKinsey & Company, where he advised multinational organizations on building and scaling next-generation Global Capability Centers. His work focused on AI-led transformation, talent strategy, and technology-driven operational frameworks.
He also served as Chairperson of the Board at Giftt Consulting, supporting talent transformation and human potential development in AI-driven business environments.
Previous Leadership Roles Across Global Enterprises
Prior to his advisory roles, Sudhir served as Chief Operating Officer at FourthSquare, where he led global functions and delivery centers while driving operational excellence, innovation, customer experience, and value creation.
His experience also includes a seven-year tenure at Boston Scientific as Senior Director Global Business Services & Chief Transformation Leader – APAC. During this period, he contributed to regional transformation, enterprise optimization, and shared services initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Sudhir held senior leadership positions at Solenis, EY, HSBC, Max New York Life Insurance, Capital One, and American Express.
Focus on GCC Capabilities and AI-Led Transformation
According to the announcement, Sudhir’s appointment positions him as a key leader in Adani Group’s broader enterprise transformation agenda.
He is expected to play a role in shaping GCC capabilities, AI-led workforce transformation, and operational innovation as the company continues expanding its enterprise and digital transformation initiatives.
