Adobe has announced the appointment of Manoj Nagpal as Vice President, Global Delivery Center and Shared Services. Based in Bengaluru, Manoj will lead efforts focused on scaling delivery capabilities, driving innovation, and building high-performing teams to support Adobe’s global business growth and customer success initiatives.
He will report to Scott Bajtos.
Focus on Scaling Delivery and Customer Success
According to the announcement, Manoj Nagpal will play a key role in strengthening Adobe’s global delivery and shared services operations from India. His responsibilities include enhancing delivery capabilities, supporting enterprise transformation initiatives, and enabling customer success through scalable innovation-led operations.
Scott Bajtos, Global Vice President, Consulting, Customer Engineering & Customer Success at Adobe, stated that India remains a strategic hub for Adobe’s global delivery and innovation agenda. He noted that Manoj’s experience in driving customer success and helping enterprises realize value from digital transformation investments aligns with Adobe’s focus on building long-term customer relationships.
Leadership Experience Across Global Services Organizations
Manoj Nagpal brings more than three decades of experience in building and scaling global services organizations, driving enterprise transformation, and delivering customer success at scale.
Prior to joining Adobe, he served as Managing Director, OpenText India and Vice President, Professional Services, where he led services and customer success operations while expanding the company’s footprint in India. He has also held leadership positions at GXS, GE, and Xerox.
Commenting on his appointment, Manoj stated that he is joining Adobe at a time when enterprises are increasingly adopting AI-led services to drive business outcomes and expressed his interest in scaling innovation and customer impact from India.
India Continues to Play a Strategic Role for Adobe
Adobe highlighted that India has evolved significantly since the company began operations in the country in 1997 as an engineering R&D center. Today, Adobe’s India operations span product engineering, design, sales, customer experience, and corporate functions.
With more than 8,000 employees across five campuses, India represents Adobe’s second-largest workforce globally and continues to contribute significantly to the company’s innovation agenda.
The announcement also follows Adobe’s recent appointment of Shamik Basu to lead the company’s Creative Products Group engineering and product management teams in India.
