New Facility to House 3,500+ Employees
The 1,90,000 square foot office will accommodate more than 3,500 employees working in a hybrid model across technology, data, operations, and customer success functions.
The inauguration was led by senior leaders including Saugata Saha, Yann Le Pallec, and Seth Fox.

Saugata Saha highlighted that India remains a critical hub supported by exceptional talent, playing a key role in the company’s global strategy and delivery of impactful solutions.
Nilam Patel noted that the new office reflects a people-first approach, designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and employee wellbeing.

The facility includes advanced collaboration spaces, technology-enabled work environments, creative zones, and wellness amenities.
Teams will support multiple divisions including S&P Global Ratings, Market Intelligence, Enterprise Data Organisation, and other global functions.
