At the core of the new office is a Security Operations Center (SOC) designed to provide uninterrupted cybersecurity services. The SOC integrates advanced infrastructure with specialized technical expertise to deliver threat monitoring, detection, and incident response capabilities to organizations around the world.

The Bengaluru office includes several dedicated operational and development spaces aimed at strengthening cybersecurity services:
- Continuous Vigilance: A 100-member SOC team operating 24/7, 365 days a year, providing real-time threat monitoring and incident response.
- Confidential Client Support: Multiple secured client support rooms designed to deliver dedicated services to global enterprises.
- Skill Development: A 44-member training center focused on continuous certifications and advanced cybersecurity capability development.
- Innovation Hub: A 3,000-square-foot collaboration space created to support teamwork and employee engagement.
Strengthening India’s Role in Global Operations
Bhaskar Nagasai D stated that the new facility reflects the company’s continued investment in India as a strategic innovation hub.
By combining modern technology infrastructure with skilled cybersecurity professionals, the company aims to deliver scalable and continuous cybersecurity services to organizations globally.
Expanding Global Security Network
With the addition of the Bengaluru facility, Cyderes now operates five global Security Operations Centers and employs nearly 900 professionals supporting thousands of organizations across various industries.
