Talentiser Launches the GCC Circle, India’s First Invite-Only GCC Leadership Community

India’s Global Capability Centre ecosystem is entering a decisive phase. GCCs are no longer satellite delivery units, they are becoming strategic engines driving innovation, ownership, and global outcomes. Responding to this shift, Talentiser has launched the GCC Circle, India’s first invite-only leadership community exclusively for senior GCC decision-makers.
The GCC Circle is designed to bring together the people who are actually shaping the future of GCCs, site heads, COOs, CHROs, talent and transformation leaders, and ecosystem partners who operate at scale and influence outcomes globally.
Who the GCC Circle is for
The GCC Circle is built for senior GCC leaders who value depth over noise. This is not a mass network or a visibility play. It is a curated, practitioner-led community where conversations focus on real operating challenges, leadership transitions, talent strategy, governance, and the evolving role of India in global enterprise value chains.
Members are people who build centres, scale mandates, manage complexity, and influence global strategy. The community is intentionally invite-only to preserve relevance, trust, and quality of dialogue.
The vision behind the GCC Circle
The long-term vision of the GCC Circle is to help position India as the world’s most strategic, innovation-led GCC destination, not just the largest. The focus is on creating shared intelligence across the ecosystem, enabling leaders to learn from each other’s experiences, successes, and failures in a rapidly changing environment.
By fostering peer learning, collaboration, and thought leadership, the GCC Circle aims to shape how the next decade of GCC growth is defined.
League of Legends & Titans
A key pillar of the GCC Circle is the League of Legends (senior tech leaders) and League of Titans (senior talent specialists), a recognition platform that spotlights GCC leaders who are quietly but decisively shaping the future of India’s GCC ecosystem. It celebrates leadership impact, not popularity, and recognises those building enduring capability and scale.
Early momentum, Hyderabad to Bengaluru
The GCC Circle’s first major milestone came with the GCC Circle Mixer in Hyderabad in December. The closed-door gathering saw strong participation from senior GCC leaders and validated a clear need for a focused, high-trust forum where leaders could exchange insights without posturing or panel fatigue.
Encouraged by the response, the GCC Circle is now gearing up for its next mixer in Bengaluru on 13th February, with over 80 GCC leaders already confirmed. Bengaluru remains at the heart of India’s GCC ecosystem, hosting some of the country’s most mature centres across technology, BFSI, product engineering, and R&D.
To further strengthen the ecosystem, the GCC Circle has partnered with Scaler School of Technology for the Bengaluru edition.
“Bangalore continues to be at the heart of India’s global capability centre ecosystem and platforms like the GCC Circle Mixer play a vital role in shaping its future.
At Scaler, we are proud to partner with this initiative to enable meaningful dialogue between industry leaders, innovators, and talent. Together, we aim to strengthen the GCC ecosystem through knowledge sharing, strategic partnerships and sustained talent development.
We look forward to engaging with leaders, learning from peers and contributing to the growth of a resilient, globally competitive GCC community.”

Talentiser’s perspective
From Talentiser’s point of view, the GCC Circle is not an event series, it is ecosystem infrastructure.
*“At Talentiser, we believe the future of India’s GCC ecosystem will be shaped by deep collaboration between industry leaders, innovators, and talent. Platforms like the GCC Circle create the space for meaningful dialogue, shared learning, and strategic partnerships that go beyond transactional networking.
We look forward to engaging with GCC leaders, learning from peers, and contributing to the growth of a resilient, globally competitive GCC community.”* — Ravi Wadhwa, Founder, Talentiser
What’s coming next
The GCC Circle’s expansion roadmap includes upcoming mixers in Delhi in March and Pune in April, extending the community’s reach across key GCC hubs in India. Each gathering will continue to be tightly curated, ensuring relevance and meaningful engagement remain central as the community grows.
Why the GCC Circle matters now
As GCCs take on larger global mandates, own end-to-end products, and influence enterprise strategy, leadership alignment and shared learning become critical. The GCC Circle positions itself as a trusted platform where leaders can think collectively about what comes next, talent, operating models, technology adoption, and long-term competitiveness.
It is designed to complement, not compete with, existing forums by staying focused on leadership depth, real-world experience, and future-facing conversations.
Join the GCC Circle
If you are a GCC leader looking to be part of a focused, high-calibre community shaping the future of India’s GCC ecosystem, the GCC Circle is now open for membership by invitation.
