Toast, the digital technology platform, has inaugurated its new global technology center at RMZ Ecoworld, Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru, marking a major step in the company’s commitment to India and strengthening its global product development and engineering capabilities.
Strategic Role of the Bengaluru Center
The new GCC will serve as a strategic engineering hub focused on accelerating the development of the client’s next-generation platform and modernising its core digital infrastructure. The center will support large-scale digital transformation initiatives, leveraging India’s deep engineering talent pool.

The office supports a hybrid work model and offers nearly three times the seating capacity of the previous Bengaluru location. Features include:
- A Customer Experience Center to test Toast products in real-world restaurant operations
- Open collaboration spaces to foster innovation
- Training rooms, gaming zones, and wellness areas
- LEED-certified building ensuring sustainability and energy efficiency
