GoodWorks Group Launches First Company-Owned GCC-Focused Tech Park in Bengaluru

Workspace and technology ecosystem builder GoodWorks Group has announced the launch of its first company-owned GCC-focused tech park — the GoodWorks Aerospace Park — located in the HiTech, Defence, and Aerospace Industrial Park at Devanahalli, Bengaluru.
Spread across 3,00,000 sq. ft., the state-of-the-art campus is designed to be a sustainable, LEED-certified, zero-carbon facility, catering to Global Capability Centres (GCCs), enterprises, and high-growth sectors such as aerospace, technology, defence, and research.
A Visionary Step Toward Sustainable GCC Infrastructure
According to the company’s statement, the GoodWorks Aerospace Park will feature advanced energy and water efficiency systems and a zero net carbon footprint, aligning with global ESG standards.
Located strategically near the Kempegowda International Airport, the park offers excellent connectivity for multinational enterprises seeking secure, future-ready infrastructure to establish or expand their India operations.
Beyond Real Estate: Building the Future of Work
Vishwas Mudagal, Co-founder of GoodWorks Group, emphasized that the project represents far more than a traditional real estate venture.
“This project represents our vision of creating iconic, sustainable campuses that will power India’s GCC revolution,” said Mudagal. “As a bootstrapped, debt-free, and profitable company, this milestone reinforces our commitment to building the future of work in India, brick by brick.”
His remarks highlight GoodWorks’ long-term ambition to position itself as a key enabler of India’s emerging GCC and innovation ecosystem.
A New Era for Sustainable Workspaces
Sonia Sharma, Co-founder of GoodWorks Group, described the Aerospace Park as a bold leap forward in redefining workspace design and sustainability.
“With the Aerospace Park, we’re taking a bold step by creating our own sustainable campus,” Sharma said. “This groundbreaking marks the start of a new era for GoodWorks, where we will set benchmarks in workspace design, sustainability, and community building for global enterprises.”
Her statement underscores GoodWorks’ focus on innovation-driven workspace experiences that promote both efficiency and environmental responsibility.
Empowering India’s GCC Growth Story
The GoodWorks Aerospace Park is being positioned as an ecosystem that brings together GCCs, research institutions, and next-gen industries under one sustainable umbrella.
As India continues to emerge as a global hub for GCCs and enterprise innovation, projects like this will play a crucial role in enabling companies to access world-class infrastructure, scalable operations, and future-ready technology frameworks.
Conclusion
With the GoodWorks Aerospace Park, the company is not just developing infrastructure — it’s shaping a new standard for sustainable, innovation-led work environments in India.
As global enterprises increasingly prioritize ESG goals and secure digital capabilities, GoodWorks’ forward-thinking approach positions it as a pioneer in India’s GCC transformation journey, reinforcing Bengaluru’s status as the country’s premier technology and aerospace hub.
