Nag has previously held leadership roles at renowned organizations including Booz Allen Hamilton, HSBC, UnitedHealth Group, Dell, and Genpact.
In her most recent position as Global Head, Employee Relations HR, Asia Pacific & Europe at Booz Allen Hamilton, she managed a global workforce of over 34,000 employees, where she played a pivotal role in:
- Establishing the international Employee Relations HR vertical
- Overseeing global HR transformation initiatives
- Ensuring compliance across diverse labor laws and cultural frameworks
Her expertise spans HR strategy, governance, leadership development, and organizational transformation, making her a distinguished voice in global people leadership.
Leading People and Culture at Brigade Group
In her new role, Nag will spearhead Brigade Group’s people and culture agenda across its key verticals—hospitality, facilities management (Aureya), and the foundation arm.
These divisions collectively account for annual revenues exceeding $55 million, alongside a foundation known for its community impact initiatives.
