The new entity is a collaboration between Toyo Engineering India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of TOYO Japan, and Offshore Frontier Solutions Pte. Ltd., part of the MODEC Group. The joint venture aims to leverage India’s engineering expertise to deliver scalable, innovative, and high-quality solutions for the offshore energy sector.
Located in Godrej Centre, Indiranagar, the expansive 100,000-square-foot facility currently houses 200 professionals and is projected to grow to a 750-member workforce within the next three years. The center will be involved in engineering, procurement, and project execution for FPSO systems.

At the launch ceremony, Mr. Eiji Hosoi, President & CEO of TOYO Japan, highlighted the strategic significance of the collaboration:

The inauguration was attended by Mr. Nakane Tsutomu, Consul General of Japan in Bengaluru, who praised the initiative as a milestone in Indo-Japanese cooperation within the oil and gas sector.
