Southwest Airlines to Establish Global Innovation Centre in Hyderabad

Southwest Airlines, one of the major airline carriers in the United States, has announced plans to establish a Global Innovation Centre in Hyderabad as part of its international expansion strategy. The decision was confirmed following a high-level meeting between the airline’s senior leadership and Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy at the Telangana Secretariat in December 2025.
