Located at Godrej Centre, Hebbal, the Bengaluru office will serve as a strategic technology and innovation hub, supporting software product design, AI-powered solution development, and global delivery. This expansion strengthens Netsmart’s global R&D network and underscores India’s growing importance in the company’s innovation roadmap.

The Bengaluru centre will operate as an extension of Netsmart’s U.S.-based R&D organization, enabling faster innovation cycles and broader collaboration.

Leadership Spotlight: Lalitha JS to Lead Netsmart India
The new facility is led by Lalitha JS, Managing Director of Netsmart India, who brings over 30 years of experience in technology and product leadership.

Her leadership will focus on building strong engineering teams, driving digital transformation initiatives, and strengthening collaboration with global business units.

The inauguration ceremony combined tradition, innovation, and purpose, featuring ribbon-cutting and lamp-lighting by Netsmart’s U.S. and India leadership teams. Youth from Makkala Jagriti, Netsmart India’s CSR partner organization, also joined the event, reflecting the company’s community-first approach.
