IndiQube Spaces, an integrated tech-enabled workspace solutions platform, has signed significant leasing agreements with global capability centre (GCC) clients, highlighting growing demand for premium workspaces.
Bengaluru GCC Leasing Deal
IndiQube has signed a major agreement with a GCC in the healthcare technology space for over 48,000 sq. ft. of Grade A workspace along Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road corridor.
The deal is valued at approximately ₹75 crore for a five-year period, reflecting strong demand in one of the city’s key commercial micro-markets.
Pune GCC Expansion
In a separate transaction, IndiQube recently signed another agreement with a GCC client in Pune.
The client has taken up 1,140 seats at IndiQube Orchid, spread across multiple floors, in a deal valued at around ₹54 crore over five years.
Rising Demand from GCCs
These transactions underscore the increasing demand from GCCs for high-quality, scalable workspaces in key business districts.
IndiQube’s presence across 17 cities and over 9.55 million sq. ft. under management further strengthens its position as a preferred workspace partner for GCCs.

According to Rishi Das, Co-founder of IndiQube, there is a clear acceleration in demand from GCCs, particularly in sectors such as healthcare technology, where India is emerging as a hub for global innovation and delivery.
Meghna Agarwal, Co-founder of IndiQube, noted that GCCs account for nearly 40% of the company’s portfolio, with a strong preference for strategically located, high-quality workspaces in established talent hubs like the Outer Ring Road.
GCC Growth Strategy
IndiQube highlighted its “follow the talent” approach, focusing on building workspace presence in key talent catchments to support GCCs at different stages of growth and evolving operational needs.
