Effective immediately, Venkatesh Korla has been appointed as the new Global CEO, while Mahesh Kumar Nutalapati has taken charge as the company’s new Global CFO.

Venkatesh Korla Succeeds Partha De Sarkar as Global CEO
Venkatesh Korla, who has been serving as President & CEO of HGS Americas, succeeds Partha De Sarkar, who retires after a successful tenure. Korla brings over 25 years of experience in digital services and technology-enabled customer experience (CX). He is also the founder of Element Solutions, a company acquired by HGS that laid the foundation for its technology services business
Speaking on his appointment, Korla stated:
“It is a tremendous honour to take on the role of Global CEO at HGS. I step into this position with deep respect for the legacy we’ve built so far, led by the strong leadership of Partha De Sarkar, and a sense of great excitement for how we can shape the future.”

Mahesh Kumar Nutalapati Named New Global CFO
Joining Korla at the helm is Mahesh Kumar Nutalapati, who takes over from Srinivas Palakodeti, the outgoing CFO. Nutalapati, a Chartered Accountant with over 24 years of experience, joined HGS in February and previously served as Deputy CFO.
