Government Initiates National Framework to Propel GCC Expansion into Smaller Cities 

In a strategic move to decentralize technological growth and foster economic development, India’s Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) is crafting a national framework to encourage the proliferation of Global Capability Centres (GCCs) into tier-2 and tier-3 cities. This initiative was announced by MeitY Secretary S Krishnan at the Nasscom GCC Summit in Hyderabad
