Dexian India, a global leader in talent consulting and technology solutions, is set to inaugurate its largest state-of-the-art office facility on February 5, 2026, at Embassy Splendid Tech Zone, Chennai. The inauguration marks a significant milestone in Dexian India’s 13-year journey in the country and reinforces its commitment to Tamil Nadu and India’s national vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
Strengthening Global Capability Centre Operations
Designed as an 850+ seater next-generation facility, the new Chennai office will serve as a strategic hub for Dexian India’s expanding Global Capability Centre (GCC) operations. The facility is purpose-built to support high-value work across digital engineering, data and analytics, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, AI-led solutions, and enterprise platforms.
The new office represents more than a physical expansion, reflecting Dexian India’s philosophy of being “In the Business for Good,” where infrastructure, innovation, and people come together to create sustainable, long-term value.
Leadership and Inauguration Ceremony
The inauguration ceremony will be attended by Dr. Darez Ahamed, IAS, Managing Director & CEO, Guidance Tamil Nadu, Government of Tamil Nadu, as the Chief Guest. Global leadership from Dexian and its partners will also be present, including Maruf Ahmed, Global CEO, Dexian LLC, and Anil Kumar, Managing Partner, Mindspace LLC.
The event will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a walkthrough of the facility, and leadership addresses, symbolizing the beginning of the next phase in Dexian India’s growth.

Over the last 11 years, Dexian India has evolved alongside India’s rise as a global capability powerhouse. From operating out of a 2,000 sq. ft. shared office, the organization has expanded to 175,000 sq. ft. across seven offices in six cities. Its workforce has grown from a two-member team to over 2,000 professionals.
What began as back-office support has developed into a global delivery and innovation engine, supporting Dexian’s operations not only in the US but across international markets.
Purpose-Led Innovation and AgriTech Focus
A defining element of Dexian India’s journey has been its focus on purpose-led innovation, particularly in AgriTech.
