Vishnu brings over 12 years of experience across organizations including Zinnov, Draup, Frost & Sullivan, and KGiSL, with deep expertise in GCC strategy, talent intelligence, and ecosystem development.

Before joining Collabera, Vishnu led the GCC Practice at KGiSL and played a key role in establishing and scaling Draup’s Coimbatore operations.
He also serves on the CII ICT Panel and is Chair for Yuva & Rural Initiatives at Yi Coimbatore, promoting technology-led regional development.
