Arctic Wolf Expands Bengaluru Global Capability Center, Strengthens AI and Cybersecurity R&D Focus

Arctic Wolf, a global leader in security operations, has announced the expansion of its India Global Capability Center (GCC) with a new 29,000 sq. ft. facility at The Helios Business Park, Marathahalli, Bengaluru. The move underscores the company’s growing commitment to advancing cybersecurity innovation and AI-driven research and development (R&D) from India.
Scaling India Operations
Following the successful launch of its first GCC in Bengaluru in October 2024, Arctic Wolf has rapidly scaled its India operations — growing from 75 to over 300 employees in under a year.
The new facility, which can accommodate up to 500 professionals, is designed as a collaborative and innovation-driven workspace, equipped with an advanced AI engineering lab to support cutting-edge cybersecurity research and development.
Driving AI-Led Cybersecurity Innovation
The expanded GCC will serve as a strategic hub for Arctic Wolf’s AI-led threat detection and response initiatives.
“The opening of our new Bengaluru office marks a significant milestone in our mission to drive world-class cybersecurity innovation from India. This R&D hub will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge solutions that empower organizations globally to end cyber risk,”
said Lisa Tetrault, Senior Vice President, Security Services, Arctic Wolf.
As part of this expansion, the company will strengthen its Artificial Intelligence (AI) practice, led by a newly appointed global leader focused on advancing AI-driven threat intelligence and automation within its core platform.
Commitment to Global Security Excellence
“Our immediate focus is on strengthening our world-class teams and enhancing our platform capabilities to ensure we deliver the highest level of security outcomes for our customers,”
stated Jeff Green, Chief Development Officer at Arctic Wolf.
The Bengaluru GCC plays a crucial role in Arctic Wolf’s global mission — enhancing its cloud-native Arctic Wolf Aurora Platform, which provides continuous, 24×7 protection for over 10,000 customers worldwide.
Strategic Significance
This expansion further establishes India as a key pillar of Arctic Wolf’s global R&D network, emphasizing the country’s deep cybersecurity talent pool and engineering expertise. The Bengaluru GCC is now positioned as a core innovation hub driving AI-powered solutions, operational excellence, and global cybersecurity leadership.
Conclusion
Arctic Wolf’s expansion in Bengaluru reflects a larger trend of Global Capability Centers in India evolving into strategic innovation engines, particularly in AI and cybersecurity. With this milestone, the company reinforces its vision to make India a central part of its global mission — to end cyber risk and deliver trusted, AI-driven security outcomes for organizations worldwide.
