Arch Global Services India Expands GCC Operations with Largest Office at Technopark Phase III

Arch Global Services India has opened its largest Global Capability Centre (GCC) facility at the Niagara Building in Embassy Taurus TechZone, located within Technopark Phase III. The new center spans 26,000 sq. ft. and is designed to support nearly 350 employees, with an additional 17,000 sq. ft. earmarked for future expansion, marking a significant milestone in the company’s long-term GCC growth plans in India.
GCC Inauguration and State Support
The GCC facility was inaugurated by Hon’ble Industries Minister P. Rajeev, who highlighted the strategic importance of Arch Global Services’ investment in strengthening Kerala’s technology ecosystem.
Also present at the event were Shri Seeram Sambasiva Rao, Special Secretary (Electronics & IT), and Col Sanjeev Nair (Retd), CEO of Technopark, reflecting strong institutional support for GCC expansion in the state.
Strengthening Global Service Delivery
The new Technopark GCC is designed to enhance Arch’s global operational capabilities, enabling the company to expand service offerings and support global clients with greater efficiency. The facility provides a collaborative, modern workspace and offers scalability to support future GCC growth.
Leadership Participation
The inauguration ceremony brought together employees and senior leadership, including Chris Hovey, Chief Operations Officer; Prashant Nema, Deputy Chief Operations Officer; and Premjith Premlal, Service Delivery Head – Global Insurance Operations, highlighting the strategic importance of the India GCC to Arch’s global operations.
GCC Growth Milestone
The opening of this new facility reinforces Arch Global Services India’s commitment to expanding its GCC footprint and underscores Technopark Phase III’s growing role as a destination for global capability centres supporting international enterprises.
