Shiney Prasad brings over three decades of experience across insurance, financial services, shared services, digital transformation, and GCC management.
Previous Leadership Roles
Before joining Aon, he served as Country Head – India at Guardian Life. He was also a Partner and Sector Leader – Insurance at Ernst & Young, where he advised clients on strategy, digital transformation, and operations, including work with insurance GCCs.
Key Contributions at Sun Life and AIG
At Sun Life, he led digital enterprise functions across Asia and managed global shared services from India and the Philippines. Earlier at AIG, he played a key role in setting up and scaling shared services operations across multiple countries.
Strengthening GCC Strategy
His appointment marks a significant step in enhancing Aon’s GCC capabilities, supporting innovation, operational excellence, and global growth.
