Anaptyss, a leading digitally enabled managed services provider in the global Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry, has announced a major expansion of its physical infrastructure in India. The company plans to scale its total operational space to exceed 100,000 square feet over the next two years. This move aligns with Anaptyss’ ambitious plan to double its workforce in India by 2027, adding more than 600 highly skilled professionals specializing in financial services and risk management domains.
Anaptyss’ flagship Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Gurugram, which currently spans around 28,600 square feet, is set to expand by 17,000 square feet, bringing the total space to over 45,600 square feet. This expansion will nearly double its capacity to over 1,000 seats, enhancing the company’s ability to serve its growing client base across North America, South America, including Canada and Mexico, with 24×7 operations.
In addition to the Gurugram expansion, Anaptyss operates a 55,000 square foot facility in Noida, capable of accommodating approximately 500 professionals. As part of its long-term growth strategy, the company is exploring the development of a dedicated campus in Noida, which will further strengthen its global delivery capabilities and act as a talent magnet for BFSI roles.
Anaptyss is also expanding its presence across major Indian cities like Pune, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Jaipur, which are recognized for their robust talent ecosystems and strong infrastructure readiness. These locations are integral to the company’s strategy to meet the growing global demand for its digitally enabled managed services.
“We continue to see strong global demand for our value-driven managed services. The expansion of our India delivery centres, including the ramp-up of the Gurugram GCC, plans for a dedicated campus in Noida, and our focus on Pune, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Jaipur will help us scale and meet the growing demand,” stated Anuj Khurana, Co-Founder and CEO of Anaptyss.
“The combination of high-end tech infrastructure, our digitally enabled managed services model, and a deep pool of niche talent empower Anaptyss to offer unique capabilities and best-in-class value to our clients. India remains the core of our global delivery strategy,” he added.
Anaptyss’ multi-city expansion strategy is fueled by the availability of top-tier talent from premier institutions such as IITs, IIMs, NITs, and other leading B-schools. Furthermore, strong communication proficiency, rapid infrastructure development, and supportive state policies make these cities highly attractive for the company’s growth.
