ADP India has announced the appointment of Gaurav Rathee as Divisional Vice President and Head of Human Resources, responsible for leading the people strategy across Global Shared Services International (GSSI) operations in India and the Philippines. The role covers a workforce of over 15,000 associates across multiple locations.
Leadership Experience
Gaurav Rathee brings over 25 years of experience in human resources leadership. His career began in 1999 with the Indian Army’s Parachute Regiment Special Forces, where he served for eight years and led teams in high-pressure environments. His responsibilities included training, performance management, welfare, grievance handling, and coordination with government agencies during civic and disaster relief operations.
Corporate Background
Before joining ADP, Rathee held senior leadership positions at Aon and Genpact. In these roles, he contributed to scaling global capability centres, strengthening leadership pipelines, and enhancing employee experience across technology, analytics, operations, and transformation teams.

In his new position at ADP, Rathee will oversee workforce strategy and next-generation talent development for GSSI operations in India and the Philippines.
